(1) | If a successor company establishes a subsidiary company in terms of section 4(g), an employee of the successor company who is transferred or seconded to such subsidiary company, shall continue to enjoy membership of the pension fund concerned of which he was a member immediately before the date of his transfer or secondment. |
(2) | Any employee employed by a subsidiary company after the date of its establishment, shall become a member of the postal pension fund or the telecommunications pension fund, as the case may be, subject to the statutes of such fund. |
