Standard: An environment which is conducive and safe for children's wellbeing, growth and development |

PROGRAMME PRACTICES: |

(a) |
Service provider must ensure that an enabling environment is created for children’s unconditional acceptance, treatment and interaction in the organisation |
(b) |
Service providers must ensure that compliance with the National Child Protection and Sexual Offences Register is maintained |
(c) |
Service provider must ensure that children’s education is given first priority and if they are unable to render such service, to refer children accordingly |
