[Section 25]
| (1) | Any person aggrieved by a decision made by the Director-General in terms of section 17, 19, 21 or 23(6) of the Act may, within 90 days of becoming aware or being notified of the decision taken by the Director-General, lodge a notice of appeal to the Minister in a form substantially similar to Form 6 in Annexure F. |
| (2) | The appellant must send a notice of appeal by registered mail to the Minister stating the decision appealed against. |
| (3) | The notice referred to in subregulation (1) must set out clearly the grounds on which the appeal is based. |
