Improper conduct by an employer of in-house security officers |
(1) | An employer of in-house security officers who— |
(a) | contravenes or fails to comply with a provision of the Act; |
(b) | contravenes or fails to comply with a provision of the Levies Act; or |
(c) | contravenes or fails to comply with a provision of this Code, |
is guilty of improper conduct and on conviction liable to any penalty contemplated in regulation 27.
(2) | Any conspiracy, incitement or attempt to commit any act contemplated in subregulation (1)(a), (b) or constitutes improper conduct as contemplated in subregulation (1). |
(3) | Every contravention or failure to comply as contemplated in subregulation (1), or (2) constitutes a separate count of improper conduct in respect of which any penalty contemplated in regulation 27 may be imposed. |
