Prohibition or Restriction of Certain Conventional Weapons Act, 2008 (Act No. 18 of 2008)Chapter 4 : General Provisions15. Regulations |
| (1) | The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, make regulations regarding— |
| (a) | anything that may or must be prescribed in terms of this Act; and |
| (b) | any administrative or procedural matter which it is necessary to prescribe in order to give effect to the provisions of this Act. |
| (2) | Regulations made by the Minister prescribing the matters stated in section 10(1) must be made after consultation with the Minister of Safety and Security. |
| (3) | The Minister must cause a copy of regulations made under this section to be tabled in Parliament as soon as possible after publication thereof. |
