TARIFF OF COMPENSATION PAYABLE TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS IN TERMS OF SECTION 4(8) OF THE PROTECTION FROM HARASSMENT ACT, 2011

I, Jeffrey Thamsanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, acting under section 4(8) of the Protection from Harassment Act, 2011 (Act No. 17 of 2011), hereby, after consultation with the electronic communications service providers, prescribe a tariff of R80, excluding value-added tax, payable as compensation to electronic communications service providers for providing, on direction issued by a court to an electronic communications service provider, the information referred to in section 4(1) (b) of that Act .
