"security matter"

includes any matter which is dealt with by—

(a)        Comsec as defined in section 1 of the Electronic Communications Security (Pty) Ltd Act, 2002 (Act No. 68 of 2002);

(b)        the Intelligence Services or the Academy as defined in section 1 of the Intelligence Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 65 of 2002); or

(c)        the Office as defined in section 1 of the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act, 2002 (Act No. 70 of 2002),

or which relates to the functions of Comsec, the Intelligence Services, the Academy or the Office or to the relationship existing between any person and Comsec, the Intelligence Services, the Academy or the Office.
