(1) | Any proceedings in terms of this Act and any discussions held, oral submissions made or evidence given as part of an investigation, whether before the Public Protector or any staff member of the Public Protector, shall be recorded by the Public Protector in any manner he or she deems fit. |
(2) | The Public Protector shall, before the commencement of any recording, inform the persons present of the fact that a recording will be made and of the manner of recording. |
