In this Schedule, unless the context otherwise indicates-

means the government component identified in Column 1 of Part A of Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1994 as COMSEC;

means the Director-General: State Security Agency identified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 to the Public Service Act, 1994;

means the Head: COMSEC identified in Column 2 of Part A of Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1994; and

means the Minister of State Security.
