PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 7(5)(c) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (promulgated under Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, at the request of the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services and on the advise of the Minister for Public Service and Administration and the Minister of Finance, with effect from 1 April 2024, Part A of Schedule 3 to the said Act, by the insertion in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part A of Schedule 3, after the words "Government Technical Advisory Centre", "Head: Government Technical Advisory Centre" and "National Treasure" of the words "Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services", "Chief Executive Officer: Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services" and "Department of Correctional Services", respectively.
