In this Chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise—

"Director General"

means the Director General of Rural Development and Land Reform;

"registrar"

means the registrar of the Court;

"the regional land claims commissioner"

means the regional land claims commissioner having jurisdiction in respect of the land to which an application in terms of this Chapter relates.
