(1) | Where an event has been categorised as a high-risk event in terms of section 6, the event organiser must at least 60 days before the event apply in the prescribed manner to the National Commissioner for a high-risk event safety certificate. |
(2) | The National Commissioner may issue a high-risk event safety certificate, which may be subject to prescribed conditions. |
