Every sheriff shall keep or cause to be kept a register of all process received for service or execution by his office, in which shall be entered the following particulars:

The date on which a process is received; |
| (b) |
the case number in question; |
| (c) |
the nature of the process; |
| (d) |
the parties involved; |
| (e) |
the fees or expenses charged in respect of the service or execution of the process; |
| (f) |
the fees or expenses paid in respect of such service or execution; and |
| (g) |
any amount outstanding in respect of such service or execution. |
