10.1	The respective parties to the CETA are listed in "Annexure 6" of this Constitution. These include:

10.1.1

organised employers, including small business;

10.1.2

Organised labour;

10.1.3

Government departments, government agencies and/or statutory institutions; and

10.1.4

built environment professional bodies;

10.2	The CETA may, subject to the provisions of the Act, recognise additional organised employers, organised labour, government departments or professional bodies which apply for recognition, if it is satisfied that such recognition will make the CETA more representative of the parties in the sector.
