26.1	The Governing Board may remove an office bearer for:

26.1.1

being absent from three consecutive meetings of AgriSETA without good cause or the prior submission of a written apology;

26.1.2

any conduct that may undermine the integrity of AgriSETA or which may bring AgriSETA or any of its members into disrepute;

26.1.3

serious misconduct;

26.1.4

any violation of the Code of Conduct contemplated in clause 44; or

26.1.5

any material violation of this constitution;

26.2	The Governing Board may replace an office bearer who has been removed in terms of this clause in the manner contemplated in clause 23.
