20. Amendments to the Constitution

 

20.3.1 At least 30 days notice must be given for a meeting of the Council at which an amendment of this Constitution is to be considered.

 

20.3.2 A supporting vote of at least two thirds of all the Council members is required for an amendment to its Constitution together with the approval of the Minister.

 

20.3.3 This Constitution may only be altered or amended by resolution of a special meeting of the Council provided that:
20.3.3.1 Such amendment or alteration shall not become effective until it has been approved in writing by the Council Members and the Minister as prescribed;
