I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, after consultation with the National Skills authority, has under section 9(1) of the Skills Development Act, 1998, read with Government Notice No. R. 1082 of 7 September 1999, as amended, established the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) as indicated in schedule 1 from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2016 with a jurisdiction as indicated in schedule 2.
