| 19.1 | The role of the Minister |
| 19.1.1 | The Authority may on good cause recommend to the Minister the amalgamation or dissolution of the Authority in terms of section of the Act. |
| 19.1.2 | A recommendation contemplated in sub-clause 19.1.1 requires a resolution of the Authority supported by not less than 75% of its members. |
| 19.1.3 | If the Minister approves the amalgamation or dissolution of the Authority then the Authority most be amalgamated or dissolve in accordance with law; and any residue must be transferred to the National Skills Fund. |
