I, Membathisi Mphumzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, after consultation with the National Skills Authority, in terms of section 9(1) of the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998) read with Government Notice No. R1082 of 7 September 1999 as amended, establish the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAS) as indicated in schedule 1 from 01 April 2005 to 31 March 2010 with a jurisdiction as indicated in schedule 2 of this notice.
