Notice 26 of 2011

I, Bonginkosi Emmanueal Nzimande (MP), Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby, after I have consulted with the National Skills Authority, make regulations in terms of section 13(1) read with section 36(a) and (s) of the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998) and hereby publish the Regulations as the Schedule hereto.

The Regulations as contained in this Schedule were subjected to public comment as the standard constitution was attached to the Skills Development amendment Bill No. 16 of 2011. This standard constitution was further tabled at NEDLAC and the National Skills Authority and both bodies approved the Standard Constitution.
