I, Membathisi Mphumzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour hereby determine that the Skills Development Amendment Act shall come into operation on the date of publication of this notice in terms of section 20 of the Skills Development Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 37 of 2008).

As required in terms of section 26J of the Skills Development Amendment Act; Section 15 Item 2(1) and 3(1) of schedule 2A of the said Act will come into operation on the date of publication of the relevant regulations.
