The Minister of Labour has on 1 April 2005 in terms of section 13(1) of the Skills Development Act, approved the constitution of the CLOTHING, TEXTILE, FOOTWEAR AND LEATHER SECTOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING AUTHORITY as set out in the Schedule.
