In this Part—
"Guidance and Placement Act"
means the Guidance and Placement Act, 1981 (Act No. 62 of 1981);
"Local Government Training Act"
means the Local Government Training Act, 1985 (Act No. 41 of 1985);
"Manpower Training Act"
means the Manpower Training Act, 1981 (Act No. 56 of 1981); and
"Telecommunications Act"
means the Telecommunications Act, 1996 (Act No. 103 of 1996).
