In terms of section 12 of the Social Assistance Amendment Act, 2020 (Act No. 16 of 2020) ("the Act"), I hereby, determine the date of the publication of this proclamation as the date on which the Social Assistance Amendment Act, 2020 (Act No. 16 of 2020) shall come into operation.
