13. Report to Minister

Purchase

(1)	The board shall within six months after the end of every financial year submit to the Minister a report on the Council's activities and financial affairs in respect of the preceding financial year.

(2)	After receipt of the report the Minister may request from the board such further information in connection with the said activities and affairs of the Council as he may deem fit.
