South African Boxing Act, 2001 (Act No. 11 of 2001)Chapter 13. Interpretation of Act |
This Act must be interpreted—
| (a) | to give effect to its objects; |
| (b) | in compliance with the rules and regulations of international boxing bodies or organisations governing professional and amateur boxing; and |
| (c) | to apply to both male and female boxing. |
