| (1) | A certificate of confirmation of South African citizenship issued in terms of section 16(2) of the Act, must be in a form containing substantially the information in Annexure 7 (DHA-66E). |
| (2) | A certificate of South African citizenship issued in terms of section 15 of the Act, must be in a form containing substantially the information in Annexure 7 (DHA-66E). |
