President of the Republic of South African
Under section 25 of the South African Human Rights Commission Act, 2013 (Act No. 40 of 2013) I hereby fix 5 September 2014 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Pretoria on this 2nd day of September Two Thousand and Fourteen.
