| (1) | Where attendance by an officer is required at sea or outside the Republic, the charge for the service plus an additional charge of R 1 425 per hour or part thereof are payable for a South African ship, and a charge R 1 996 per hour or part thereof for a foreign ship, excluding travel and subsistence expenses as per [Determination 67]. |
| (2) | If attendance includes a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the hourly rate for those days is R 2 834 per hour. |
| (3) | These charges are applicable for the Authority’s normal working hours, to a maximum of 8 hours. |
