| (1) | Any dispute between government agencies and entities with regard to the implementation of these Regulations must be dealt with in terms of the Intergovernmental Relations Framework Act, 2005 (Act No.13 of 2005). |
| (2) | Any dispute between government agencies and entities, on the one hand, and any other party, on the other hand, with regard to the implementation of these Regulations, may, by agreement, be referred for mediation or arbitration in terms of the Arbitration Act,1965 (Act No.42 of 1965). |
