Chapter 5 : Land Use Management

Purchase

(1)	The municipality must keep and maintain a written record of all applications submitted and the reasons for decisions in respect of such applications for the amendment of its land use scheme.

(2)	The written record referred to in subsection (1) must be accessible to members of the public during normal office hours at the municipality’s publicly accessible office.
