Chapter 7 : General Provisions

Purchase

(1)	The Minister may, after consultation with the Advisory Board, issue guidelines regarding any matter in respect of which the Minister deems it necessary or expedient in order to achieve the objects or purpose of this Act.

(2)	The guidelines—

(a)	may not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act;

(b)	must be published in the Gazette; and

(c)	are not binding on the Minister.
