I, Ronald Ozzy Lamola, Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, under the powers vested in me by section 11 of the Special Investigating Units and Special Tribunals Act (Act No. 74 of 1996) (the Act), hereby, after consultation with the Head of the Special Investigating Unit and the President of the Special Tribunal, make regulations in the Schedule with reference to the Special Investigating Unit and the Tribunal appointed in terms of the Act.
