Purchase

(1)	The Minister must, after consultation with the Minister of Finance, determine the remuneration, allowances and terms and conditions of appointment of members of the Board who are not in the employ of an organ of state.

(2)	Members of the Board who are employed by an organ of state must be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses.
