| (1) | The SABS may, for a specified period, acquire the services of any person to perform any task or function assigned to him or her by the SABS in terms of this Act. |
| (2) | The remuneration of such person must be determined in accordance with the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994). |
