10. Repeal of Acts

(1)	Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), the State Attorney Act, 1925 (Act No. 25 of 1925), the State Attorney Amendment Act, 1955 (Act No. 10 of 1955], and section one of the State Attorney Amendment Act, 1957, are hereby repealed.

(2)	Any regulation made and any other action taken under any provision of a law repealed by subsection (1), shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act.
