Each grower in respect of land situated in a control area shall permit an officer on production by such officer of his or her written authority to enter upon the grower’s land in order to perform any of his or her functions or those of a Local Pest, Disease and Variety Control Committee or any order or instruction given to him or her by the South African Sugar Association.
