| (1) | This Act is called the Economic Regulation of Transport Act, 2024, and shall come into operation on a date fixed by the President by proclamation in the Gazette. |
| (2) | The President may set different dates for different provisions of this Act to come into operation, subject to item 2 of Schedule 2. |
