Under section 38 of the Land Court Act, 2023 (Act No. 6 of 2023), I hereby determine 5 April 2024 as the date on which the said Act, with the exception of section 37 and items 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Schedule to the Act, shall commence.
