| (1) | The Chief Executive Officer may delegate to an employee of the Agency any function entrusted to the Chief Executive Officer under this Act. |
| (2) | A delegation contemplated in subsection (1)— |
| (a) | must be in writing; |
| (b) | does not prohibit the Chief Executive Officer that made the delegation from performing that function; and (c) may at any time be withdrawn or amended, in writing. |
