| (1) | Despite any law to the contrary, a personal servitude, whether registered or not, held by the Minister or a water management institution, may be transferred from— |
| (a) | the Minister to the Agency; or |
| (b) | a water management institution to the Agency. |
| (2) | The relevant Registrar of Deeds must register a notarially executed deed of cession to transfer a registered personal servitude in terms of subsection (1). |
