Chapter 7 : Powers of Minister

Purchase

(1)	The Minister may make regulations regarding ancillary or incidental administrative or procedural matter in relation to functions of the Agency set out under section 6, that are necessary to prescribe for the proper implementation or administration of this Act.

(2)	Any regulation that has financial implications may only be made in consultation with the Minister of Finance.
