Schedule 1 : Transitional Provisions and Savings (Clause 63)

Purchase

(1)	Every person who is a member of the South African Tourism Board established by section 2 of the repealed Act immediately before this Act takes effect, remains a member of the Board until a date determined by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.

(2)	Anything done or any decision or step taken by the South African Tourism Board in terms of the repealed Act which could have been done by the Board in terms of any provision of this Act, is regarded as having been done by the Board in terms of the last-mentioned provision.
