The Council may hold an inquiry in the prescribed manner in respect of a person registered in terms of this Act who appears to be mentally impaired and if that person is found on assessment to be impaired, the Council may—
| (a) | impose prescribed conditions relating to the registration of that person; or |
| (b) | suspend or remove such person from practice. |
