| (1) | Any investigation undertaken in terms of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1966, which is not completed at the commencement of this Act, must be finalised in terms of that Act. |
| (2) | Any prosecution instituted in terms of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1966, which is not completed at the commencement of this Act, must be finalised in terms of that Act. |
