Upgrading of Land Tenure Rights Act, 1991 (Act No. 112 of 1991)Chapter 1 : Conversion of Land Tenure Rights into Ownership14. Correction of township registers by registrar of deeds |
| (1) | If any entry in a township register for any formalized township is manifestly incorrect, the registrar of deeds having custody and control of that township register may correct the error upon application by any interested person. |
| (2) | The provisions of section 2(2) shall mutatis mutandis apply in respect of any such correction. |
