I, David Msiza, Chief Inspectorate of Mines, under section 49(6) of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) and after consultation with the Council, hereby issues the guideline for cyanide management in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act, as set out in the Schedule.
