The Mutual Banks Act, 1993 (Act No. 124 of 1993) has been amended as per Schedule 4 of the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017. Gazette Number 41549 - Notice 169 dated 29 March 2018.
The Mutual Banks Act, 1993 has been added to the site, and amended by Notice No. 25 in Government Gazette dated 2 December 1994, and the Mutual Banks Amendment Act No. 54 of 1999 in Government Gazette No. 20727 dated 15 December 1999.
