The Road Accident Fund Act, 1996 (Act No. 56 of 1996), has been updated with the Adjustment of Statutory Limit in respect of Claims for Loss of Income and Loss of Support – effective from 31 January 2025, as per Board Notice 713 of GG52013 dated 31 January 2025.

The Postal Services Act 1998 (Act No. 124 of 1998) has been updated with ICASA Fees and Charges for Postal Services – effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5824 of GG52031, dated 31 January 2025.

The Political Party Funding Act, 2018 (Act No. 6 of 2018), has been updated with Multi-Party Democracy Fund, as per Notice No. 2985 of GG52032, dated 31 January 2025.

The Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No. 47 of 1996), has been updated with the Establishment of Statutory Measure and Determination of Guideline Price: Levy relating to Soybeans, as per Notice No. R.5815 of GG52021, dated 31 January 2025.

The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Change of Name of a Trade Union from South African Rugby Players Association (SARPA) (LR2/6/2/643) to MyPlayers Industrial Association (MPIA) – effective 17 January 2025, as per Notice No. R.5819 of GG52021, dated 31 January 2025.

The Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), has been updated with a Notice published in terms of Regulation 18(1) of the Regulations for the Registration of Private Higher Education Institutions, 2016 read with Sections 62(1) and 63(a) of the Act: Publication of Cancellation of the Registration of the South African Institute for Heritage Science (Pty) Ltd as a Private Higher Education Institution, as per Notice No. 5800 of GG52013 dated 31 January 2025.

The Correctional Services Act, 1998 (Act No. 111 of 1998) has been amended and updated by the Correctional Services Amendment Act, 07 of 2021 – effective 1 February 2025 per Proclamation Notice 241, GG52016, dated 30 January 2025, as per Notice No. 323 of GG44650, dated 1 June 2021.

The Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990), has been updated with Amendments to Tables 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Regulations regarding Departmental Fees under Notice No. R. 1259 of 2019 – effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. R.5818 of GG52021, dated 31 January 2025.

The Agricultural Pests Act, 1983 (Act No. 36 of 1983), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice No. R.725 of 2021: Control Measures relating to Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer, as per Notice No. R. 5816 of GG52021 dated 31 January 2025.

The Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), has been updated with the Statement of National Revenue, Expenditure and Borrowings as at 31 December 2024, as per Notice No. 2980, GG52015, dated 30 January 2025.

The National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) has been updated with Raw Water Tariff Use Charges for the 2025/26 Financial Year - effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5575 of GG51637, dated 22 November 2024.

The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 17 February 2025, as per Notice No. 2947 of GG51959 dated 24 January 2025.

The Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), has been updated with Annual fees payable by registered practitioners - effective 1 April 2025, as per Board Notice 710 of GG51950, dated 24 January 2025.

The Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No. 38 of 2001), has been updated with Directive for Implementation of the Travel Rule relating to Crypto Asset Transfers in accordance with the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations - effective 30 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5543 of GG51556, dated 15 November 2024.

The Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), has been updated with the Classification of a National Disaster in terms of Section 23 of the Act: Impact of Severe Weather in the Country, as per Notice No. 5813 of GG52015 dated 30 January 2025.

The Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations and deletion of certain forms under Notice R.1029 of 2012 - effective 1 February 2025, as per Notice No. 5802 of GG52013, dated 31 January 2025.

The Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Act, 1993 has been updated with the Publication of Air Traffic Service Charges - effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 2924, GG51843 dated 3 January 2025.

The Division of Revenue Act, 2024 (Act No. 24 of 2024), has been updated with amendments to Schedules 1, 4, 5 and 6 by the Division of Revenue Amendment Act 2024 (Act No. 48 of 2024), Notice No. 5741, GG51931, dated 24 December 2024.

The Adjustments Appropriation Act, 2024 (Act No. 49 of 2024), has been added to the site on 13 January 2025, as per Notice No. 5742 of GG51832 dated 24 December 2024.

The Financial Sector and Deposit Insurance Levies Act, 2022 (Act No. 11 of 2022), has been updated with Amendment of Schedule 5 Table E, only in respect of the Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator, as per Notice No. 5648 of GG51843, dated 3 January 2025.
