PROCLAMATION 86 OF 2022

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 41(2)(a) and (b) of the Border Management Authority Act, 2020 (Act No. 2  of 2020), I hereby, determine 15 August 2022 as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 will come into operation.
